Voting Assistance

The U.S. Embassy in Ulaanbaatar encourages all U.S. citizens to register with their state of residence to vote in Federal and local elections while overseas.  Voters must complete and send a Federal Post Card Application each year to the proper authorities in the state in which they are registered to be eligible to vote while overseas.  The FPCA may be found online at www.fvap.gov or at the Consular Section in the U.S. Embassy in Ulaanbaatar during regular American Citizen Services hours.

If you have any questions, please email us at VoteULAANBAATAR@state.gov.

More information about absentee voting and state specific regulations can be found here.
