A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested -eligible Bidder on the submission of a written application to the above -address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Mongolian tug rugs (hereinafter “MNT”) 200.000.0, or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days after the bid opening date. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2.0% of Bid Price. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 10:00 am, 9 May 2008 and will be -publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at 11:00am [Room # 102, Ministry of Road, Transport and Tourism, Government of Mongolia] | Foreign Bidders are allowed to submit the bid.
