Statement of Work for Medications and Pharmacist for MEDRETE 2009

Statement of Services:  To provide the attached list of medications and deliver to Sant soum, Ovorkhangai aimag on 20 Aug 2009.  Medications will be of good quality, not expired, and provided by a registered vendor that has been certified by the Mongolian Inspection Agency.  A Pharmacist with English language skills will be provided and will be transported to Sant soum 20 Aug 2009.  The Pharmacist will be part of a group of 62 Mongolian, US, UK and French medical and support personnel, providing care in Tuv and Ovorkhangai aimags.  Daily lodging, meals and transportation will be provided by the US Government.  Return transportation to Ulaanbaatar will also be provided by the US Government.  The Pharmacist will be solely responsible for the inventory and distribution of medications to patients for the duration of the project.

Period of Contract:  20 – 26 August.
Payment:  The Embassy will pay for the supplies and services provided by the Contractor upon fully receipt of the service.

2. The Payment shall be made fully in U.S. dollars after the completion of services; approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative of the U.S. Embassy.

3. Upon completion of work the Contractor will submit an invoice to the U.S. Embassy.  Invoice processing will take approximately 15 business days, after which the Contractor will be sent a copy of the electronic funds transfer confirmation via fax from the Embassy.
