The Ministry of Finance now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for supply and delivery of Procurement of three new diesel locomotives for Mongolian railway
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible Bidder on the submission of a written application to the below address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Mongolian tugrugs 500,000, or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

Bids must be delivered to the address below before 2008- 05- 06 at 15 hour 30 minutes, and will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend on 2008- 05- 06 at 16 hour 0 minutes.
