The American Embassy Ulaanbaatar Invites You to Submit Quotation for Medications for the MEDRETE’09 Progect
To: All Prospective Offeror/Quoter
The Defense Attaché Office and Office of Defense Cooperation in the American Embassy Ulaanbaatar has a requirement for a contractor to provide supply and delivery of medications and English speaking Pharmacist to work at the site, Sant soum, Ovorkhangai aimag within the framework of joint US-Mongolia military medical program. You are invited to submit a quotation. The request for quotation (RFQ) consists of the following sections:
1. Standard form SF-18 (.pdf format)
2. Basic information, statement of work and required medication list
The Embassy plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award.
Please find and read carefully SF-18, Statement of Work and medications’ list and if you are interested submit your quotation. Return the completed SF-18 (complete blocks 8, 11- 16) and cost of medications to the address shown in the Block 5a of the SF-18 by 1700PM, July 24, 2009.
