Visa Fraud Warning

U.S. Visa Applicants — Don’t Waste Your Money on Visa Brokers!

Visa applicants, including student applicants, are cautioned against working with individuals or agents offering “visa assistance.”  These visa brokers charge large sums of money on the promise of obtaining U.S. visas for travelers.  Broker services do not influence visa adjudications.  Broker services are a waste of your money.  If broker services are used and the applicant submits a fraudulent visa application, the applicant may be barred for life from entering the United States.

U.S. visa-related information and forms are available in both English and Mongolian languages free from our office or our website.

If you have information regarding visa abuse and visa fraud, please let us know by sending us an email to UlaanbaatarFPU@state.gov, which is a private email to the Fraud Prevention Manager.  Any information submitted to this site will be kept strictly private.
