Mr. Philip Cargile, the Consul held a meeting with the students from the Institute of the Finance and Economy on 22 February and answered various questions related with Student and Exchange program visas.  We also had two UGRAD and one Humphrey scholars, who were associated with the IFE, to do some interesting presentations and briefings about the Scholarship programs and students life in the USA’’
