Fulbright Program: The Fulbright Program was established in the United States in 1946 and aims to strengthen understanding and communication between the United States and other nations by funding a variety of educational exchanges. 

Humphrey Fellowships: Founded in 1978 in honor of the late Senator and Vice-president, the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program brings to the United States accomplished mid-level professionals from designated countries that have a wide range of development needs.

Global Undergraduate Exchange Program: This program (also known as the Global UGRAD Program) provides one semester and academic year scholarships to outstanding undergraduate students from underrepresented sectors in certain regions of the world for non-degree full-time study combined with community service, internships and cultural enrichment.

The Cultural Programs Division: Supports a variety of cultural exchange programs that further our nation's foreign policy, foster America's artistic excellence and promote mutual understanding and respect for other cultures and traditions. The US Embassy Ulaanbaatar supports various cultural programs throughout a year with the help of the division.
