The United States Defense Attaché Office (DAO)
The United States Defense Attaché Office (DAO) focuses on global, national and strategic issues as well as performs liaison on behalf of the Department of Defense. The Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) coordinates cooperative defense and regional stability programs between the U.S. Department of Defense, the Mongolian Armed Forces, and Mongolian Border Forces. Pacific Command (PACOM) focuses on various regional military exchanges, conferences, and training opportunities.
