Q: May I change my interview date?
A: You can change your scheduled interview date once. Applicants must go to http://mongolia.usembassy.gov/how_to_schedule_an_interview.html and change their appointment by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button. In case of a medical emergency, please contact us at cons@usembassy.mn and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q: If I couldn’t print or lost my confirmation sheet of scheduled appointment, what should I do?
A: You can come for your scheduled appointment without the confirmation sheet. We will be having your appointment information.
Q: If I am going as part of a group, can we be interviewed on the same day?
A: After an applicant is issued a receipt for the payment of the visa processing fee, the applicant is required to send an e-mail to cons@usembassy.mn with the name, date of birth, passport number, telephone and email address, planned departure date to the United States, and the requested interview date of the applicant. All groups should send their information in one e-mail to ensure that they are scheduled for the same date. We will try to accommodate your request.
