Protect the numerous cultural resources and monuments located in a comparatively small area and correlated to various period of human civilization, important not only to Mongolia’s, but to all of Central and Northern Asia’s cultural and historical heritage;

And to conserve the area for scientific research, public recognition, and the passing down to future generations of their culturally and historically valuable heritage.
