Consular Section resumes visa services

On June 16, 2006, the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy, Ulaanbaatar resumed consular and visa services. The U.S. Embassy is contacting all visa applicants by phone through the contact number that they submitted with the visa appointment request form.Information will be posted on the board outside the Embassy with the names of the applicants and the dates they will be interviewed. Fee collection will be resumed on Friday, June 23rd, 2006. On Tuesday, June 20^th we will resume sending confirmation and processing new appointment requests via e-mail. We appreciate the Mongolian people’s patience.
