To intending nonimmigrant visa applicants:

The Consular Section at the Embassy of the United States of America in Ulaanbaatar would like to announce some changes made in the visa interview appointment schedule beginning Monday April 3, 2006.

Interviews will be conducted in two shifts every interview day as follows:

• First shift interview appointments are at 8:00 a.m.  If you do not arrive on time you will lose your appointment and will have to wait six (6) months to reschedule another appointment.

• Second shift interview appointments are at 9:30 a.m. If you do not arrive on time you will lose your appointment and will have to wait six (6) months to reschedule another appointment.

• Applicants arriving earlier than their scheduled appointment times will not be admitted.

• Appointment times will be indicated in the appointment confirmation email.
