For Mongolian citizens, the 100 USD nonimmigrant processing fee is the only fee that an applicant will have to pay (please note, all student visa applicants and some exchange visitor applicants are also required to pay the 100 USD SEVIS fee online and bring a receipt ). The nonimmigrant processing fee is associated to the cost of services rendered by the consular section and is nonrefundable. This fee is mandated by Congress and is the same at U.S. Embassies and Consulates throughout the world.
Specific information on the procedures for applying for a visa is available at U.S. Embassy website at http://ulaanbaatar.usembassy.gov. Handouts explaining the process will also be available at the Embassy.
